LaMettry’s Collision Chooses Performance Gateway for MSO Management

Multi-shop operation's leadership says program will offer improved efficiency to its organization.

LaMettry’s Collision, a multi-shop operator based in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota, has contracted with Performance Gateway’s MSO Network Performance Management Program.

The program offers an array of services, including:

  • Customizable shop and employee scorecards
  • Insurance SOP and internal document management housing/repository
  • Customizable audit setup and task management
  • Action plans tied to scorecards
  • Network communication

After a visit to Performance Gateway headquarters in Madison, Wis., Darrell Amberson, collision president of operations for LaMettry’s, said he was impressed by the vision expressed by the company’s CEO, Troy Gates.

"No doubt one of the key takeaways from our visit was Troy’s vision and mission to use the Performance Gateway product suite beyond managing shop numbers and to have shops utilize it to assist with the management and improvement of individual employees," said Amberson.

Added Kelly Gatzke, product director at Performance Gateway, "We are pleased to add LaMettry’s Collision to our fast-growing number of collision repair shops looking to improve their operational efficiency and employee productivity."
