Lexus of Pembroke Pines Named 2012 Lexus Certified Collision Center of the Year

Award based on yearlong measurement of customer satisfaction, sales growth, employee certification, among other criteria.

Standox, European manufacturer of automotive refinishing paints, has announced that Lexus of Pembroke Pines in Florida has been named the 2012 Lexus Certified Collision Center of the Year.   

The national award is based on a 12-month measurement of customer satisfaction, sales growth, manager, estimator and technician certification, facility and equipment requirements, and benchmark achievements. Nationwide, there are 233 Lexus dealer, 16 of which competed for the award.

“At Lexus of Pembroke Pines, we are dedicated to providing our customers with a luxury customer experience, which includes maintaining Lexus industry certification benchmark standards," said Brian Martin, collision center director. "Being named the 2012 Lexus Certified Collision Center of the Year is an honor and I am very proud of our team.”

As the 2012 Lexus Certified Collision Center of the Year, Lexus of Pembroke Pines was featured in a Lexus TV spotlight, which aired on Feb. 11, 2013.

Lexus of Pembroke Pines has been a user of Standox since 2009.
