LKQ Launches 2014 Car Calendar Contest

Grand prize winner will receive expenses-paid trip to SEMA, and their classic car will be featured on cover of calendar.

LKQ has launched its 2014 Car Calendar Contest, which runs now through Aug. 16. This nationwide contest is an opportunity for classic car enthusiasts to showcase their works of art and have a chance to be featured in LKQ’s 2014 Car Calendar.

Those who want to participate in the 2014 Car Calendar Contest must submit photos of their vehicle along with full details and backstory of the submission. Contestants may submit more than one entry with multiple photos.

Overall, there will be 13 winners, but no entry will go home empty-handed. There is one grand prize winner and 12 monthly winners, plus all eligible entries will receive a free limited edition 2014 Car Calendar T-shirt.

The grand prize winner will receive an expenses-paid trip to the 2013 SEMA Show in Las Vegas. The grand prize recipient also will be featured on the cover of the 2014 Car Calendar and be given a 24-by-36-inch poster of their winning entry.

The remaining 12 winners will be rewarded with a designated spot in the 2014 Car Calendar, a copy of the 2014 Car Calendar and a 24-by-36-inch poster of their winning entry.

Each 2014 Car Calendar will be made of high-quality stock with large format, featuring one car per month and displaying the name of the winning entry and the type of vehicle. The calendar will also include two coupons per month that can be used for recycled and aftermarket products throughout 2014.

The contest is open to car enthusiasts of classic cars, vintage cars and hot rods.

Those who don’t own classic cars still have a chance to win. Starting Aug. 1, individuals can enter the contest for a chance to win a trip to SEMA just by registering.
