Charlene and Marty Klyne of Maaco Collision Repair & Auto Painting in Regina, Saskatoon, Canada, received the Maaco Cup award at a recent convention held in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The award recognizes the chain’s top-performing franchisee.
“I’m honored to be singled out for accolades from among all 475 Maaco franchises,” said Charlene Klyne. “I have a great team supporting me in the center and at the corporate office.”
Added Maaco President David Lapps, “This center is to be commended for creating a superb brand experience that keeps customers coming back.”
Charlene has run day-to-day operations since they opened their new store in 1999. Associated with Maaco since 1987, Marty runs a separate business and handles the center’s marketing and advertising.
At the convention, industry and company authorities led educational workshops in crew development and customer satisfaction, along with advanced repair processes for advanced automotive technology, designs and materials.
Maaco’s 475 centers repair and paint more than 600,000 vehicles each year, the company says.
