Martin Senour 1Q 2015 Training to Focus on Color Adjustment, Blending and Waterborne

Sessions, to be held at Martin Senour training facilities nationwide Jan. 12 to March 23, will emphasize painter certification, maximizing shop profits and the Vortex waterborne basecoat system.

The Martin Senour Company announced its 2015 first quarter training schedule, with a variety of hands-on coatings application courses as well as several courses for shop owners and managers looking to increase their collision centers’ productivity and profitability.

The sessions, to be held at Martin Senour training facilities nationwide, January 12 – March 23, will emphasize painter certification, maximizing shop profits and will also offer courses emphasizing its Vortex waterborne basecoat system.

Responding to the need to know how to best maximize their profits while increasing productivity and quality, Martin Senour is providing courses specific to these practices. Participants will learn through a combination of classroom, digital, and hands-on settings at various metropolitan Martin Senour training centers.

Specific hands-on, paint and processes application-based courses will be offered during the first quarter:

  • Color Adjustment and Blending
  • VORTEX Waterborne Premium Refinish System Painter Certification
  • Painter Certification
  • Fleet FGP

The following collision center and distribution business building, productivity and profitability-focused courses will be offered during the first quarter:

  • Jobber Level 1
  • Estimating Solutions for Profit
  • Achieving Service Excellence

“We have seen significant interest for classes regarding waterborne technologies and industrial refinishing, so we’re providing additional training specific to those practices to include hands-on work with our famed Vortex waterborne premium vehicle refinish system and Prism commercial refinish system,” says Brandon Devis, Martin Senour director of sales. “We are also offering more training options for NAPA Store employees to provide them with the latest information to support our growing customer base.”
