Matrix System Launches QR Code Technology

Matrix System Automotive Finishes announced the launch of its new QR code technology. A QR code is a two‐dimensional barcode that can be decoded by scanning with a smart phone such as an iPhone, Droid or Blackberry. Matrix System has designed its own QR code so that when scanned by a mobile device, it links directly to the website where customers or potential customers can instantly learn more about the company.

The Matrix System QR code is now being displayed on new product releases, catalogs, brochures, wall charts and advertisements to help increase company awareness while also providing product information and discounts.

“QR codes are the future of marketing and advertising,” says David Brunori, executive vice president/General Manager. “Smartphones have allowed people to connect with anything online at any given time, which makes doing business more convenient."

With the emergence of mobile consumers in the U.S., 38 percent of the population now own smartphones – a trend that continues to increase.

“Ultimately, our goal is to create an easy and convenient way for our customers to get the information that they are seeking no matter where they go,” says Brunori.
