CBS St. Louis KMOX reported that a bill has been passed by Missouri’s House that will make Uber, and other ride-sharing services, liable for accidents not involving passengers.
Missouri’s House voted to require ride-sharing services to be liable for accidents that occur between rides. State Rep. Noel Shull (R-Kansas City) says Missouri is one of only a few states to not fix this issue.
