MITCHCO Collision Repair Acquires Oliver’s Auto Body

MITCHCO Collision Repair, a Florida-based MSO, announced that it has acquired Oliver’s Auto Body of Melbourne, Fla.

MITCHCO Collision Repair, a Florida-based MSO, announced that it has acquired Oliver’s Auto Body of Melbourne, Fla.

Oliver’s Auto Body was formed in 1985 by Oliver Mertens, and his brother Thomas took the reins in 2013. The Mertens’ name and the Oliver’s brand has always stood for great quality, and they have extremely talented and loyal employees as well as a strong customer base and outstanding customer service, according to MITCHCO.

“We are happy to have had the opportunity to acquire such a quality business, and we are excited to see the location continue to thrive,” said Dave Mitchell, president and CEO of MITCHCO.

MITCHCO currently owns and operates locations in Merritt Island and
Indian Harbour. They will continue to pursue opportunities for growth in their target markets through acquisitions of existing collision repair centers, greenfield and brownfield locations.
