Mitchell Recognizes Four CARSTAR Shops with 11th Annual AutocheX Premier Achiever Awards

Four CARSTAR Auto Body Repair Experts shops have been named by Mitchell as recipients of the 11th annual AutocheX Premier Achiever Awards, recognizing auto body repair shops throughout the U.S. and Canada for their exceptional achievements in customer service and satisfaction.

For almost 25 years, AutocheX has been one of the leading providers of customer satisfaction measurement services to the collision repair industry. Mitchell’s RepairCenter Customer Experience Management (CEM) tool powered by AutocheX provides a solution for customer satisfaction reporting, analysis and research.

The annual Premier Achiever Awards honor auto body shops that consistently achieve extremely high customer satisfaction scores as measured by AutocheX, either independently or as part of an insurance-sponsored repair program. In 2012, participating insurance programs included seven of the top 25 carriers in North America.

The CARSTAR facilities recognized include:

• CARSTAR Barrett’s Lakewood, Lakewood, Wash.
• CARSTAR Schlenker Collision, Rockledge, Fla.
• Ventura’s CARSTAR Collision , Orchard Park, N.Y.
• Autocrafters CARSTAR, Bensalem, Pa.

“We’re proud of the exemplary work these four CARSTAR owners have done in delivering quality, personal service to their customers and achieving high customer satisfaction,” said CARSTAR CEO David Byers. “Earning these levels of customer satisfaction scores requires a diligent focus on training, the highest-quality repair standards, excellent communications and a commitment to delivering a satisfied customer with every single repair job.”
