The 14th annual Premier Achiever Awards honor repairers that consistently earn customer satisfaction scores in the top five percent of their programs as measured by AutocheX, Mitchell’s Customer Satisfaction solution.

“Customers put a great deal of faith into the repair shops with which they entrust their damaged vehicles,” said Paul Rosenstein, vice president of Product Management at Mitchell International. “The shops that meet and exceed their customers’ expectations, deliver the highest level of service and forge meaningful relationships with their customers set themselves up for maximum success. The AutocheX Premier Achiever Awards recognize the collision repair shops that achieve extraordinary customer satisfaction – a commitment we are proud to honor.”

Premier Achievers in 2015 represent states across the U.S. and include collision repair facilities of all sizes, from small, family-run businesses to large consolidators.

Mitchell will provide each winner with a certificate to display in their facility, along with access to an exclusive Premier Achiever Awards website that provides promotional materials.

Since 2002, Mitchell has presented over 4,000 AutocheX Premier Achiever Awards to collision repair facilities.
