Nearly 3,000 Locations Using CCC ONE Total Repair Platform

CCC Information Services Inc. says it’s continuing to carry momentum as 2011 gets underway, with nearly 3,000 locations using the CCC ONE Total Repair Platform. Of those locations, more than 300 are using the full platform that combines workflow (encompassing shop management features and more) and estimating.

Richard Fish, owner of Coast Collision Centers, operating shops in the southern California area, made the move to the CCC ONE platform for its speed and efficiency.

"Everyone who works in a Coast Collision shop knows how they’re performing because we publish all our key metrics in the break room," said Fish. "We do it because it creates a healthy level of transparency; it lets everyone know what areas are hitting on all cylinders, what areas aren’t, and how to fix it. The CCC ONE Total Repair Platform takes that notion a step further and lets estimators, parts and production managers, painters – everyone – clearly see the status of each repair, removing gaps in the repair plan. That’s transparency from estimate through to completing the repair."
