Nebraska Group Reports Statewide Labor Rate Survey Results

The statewide average body labor rate was $51.33, while the average refinish rate was $51.02.

The Nebraska Auto Body Association has released a summary of its labor rate study, whose purpose was to provide an independent validation of average rates charged throughout Nebraska. The statewide average body labor rate was $51.33, while the average refinish rate was $51.02.

"NABA supports a healthy competitive environment with reimbursements that are sufficient to indemnify claimants," the association says.

Other statewide average rates reported by NABA include:

Mechanical Labor: 68.19
Car Frame Labor: 65.58
Truck Frame Labor: 66.58
Structural Unibody Frame Labor: 64.33
Basis For Paint Material: 36.03
Hazardous Waste Disposal: 4.48
