A dozen years ago, John Cole and his wife used their home as collateral to open their first shop. Today, Cole’s Collision Centers has five locations and 85 employees in New York’s Capital Region.
“The intention to open that first shop didn’t really set in until he moved from repair work to management,” John Cropley explains in an article for the Daily Gazette (Schenectady, N.Y.). “Until that point, he was focused on the cars themselves. The article chronicle’s Cole’s humble beginnings and his vision for Cole’s Collision Centers.
