New York MSO Cole’s Collision Centers Featured in Local Newspaper

A dozen years ago, John Cole and his wife used their home as collateral to open their first shop. Today, Cole’s Collision Centers has five locations and 85 employees in New York’s Capital Region.

A dozen years ago, John Cole and his wife used their home as collateral to open their first shop. Today, Cole’s Collision Centers has five locations and 85 employees in New York’s Capital Region.

“The intention to open that first shop didn’t really set in until he moved from repair work to management,” John Cropley explains in an article for the Daily Gazette (Schenectady, N.Y.). “Until that point, he was focused on the cars themselves. Seeing the larger picture of how the operations were run convinced him that there would be a market for a better body shop.”
