Next Repair University Episode Focuses on Interviewing and Hiring in Today’s Body Shop

The next episode of Collision Hub’s LIVE educational video series, Repair University, will feature Daren Fristoe, president of The Fristoe Group, Inc. (TFG), a solutions provider of human resource products and services for small to mid-sized businesses. The episode, “Interviewing and Hiring in Today’s Body Shop,” will air on Sept. 22 at 1 p.m. Central on CollisionHub.com.

Fristoe will be making the first presentation of a three-part series on topical human resource issues with this installment focusing on specifically those initial aspects of building a powerful team. This program will give attendees tips on how to identify, interview and hire the candidate in an efficient and compliant manner. The second installment will be dedicated to "The Performance Management Challenge," and the final presentation on "Effective Termination Processes."

“Predicting workplace behavior is the key to successful hiring and using effective interviewing processes will lead you to better hiring decisions,” said Fristoe. “TFG is bigger than human resources. It’s about the relationship between people and businesses. And bottom lines.”

“Healthy and dynamic human resource systems are vital to sustainable business operations. Collision Hub is looking forward to providing this and other relevant and cutting-edge free training programs to the collision repair industry,” said Collision Hub Founder and CEO Kristen Felder.

Repair University is presented by Chief Automotive Technologies.
