Online Marketer Launches Customer Management Program for Body Shops

Bodyshopnation.com's program includes email and marketing system aimed at increasing revenue for independent shops.

Body Shop Nation Inc., a Scottsdale-based company that helps connect body shops with customers online, has released what it claims is the the first-ever community-based program for collision repair shops. The program includes a stand-alone customer relation management system that will allow collision shops to directly communicate with customers who haven’t yet walked through the door.

“We provide the collision industry the only plug-and-play service, email and marketing system available,” said Don Miller, CEO of Body Shop Nation Inc. “We understand body shop owners don’t have time to learn new systems, and marketing is an overwhelming job for any business.”

Don Miller and his wife, Diane, have worked within the insurance, marketing and body shop management industries. Through their experience, they saw one issue that had to be resolved: preserving independent body shops across the U.S.

To accomplish this, Body Shop Nation uses its own community, the Internet and social media to help a shop get results. The company’s system lets the shop create a customer list as well as update customers with their vehicle repair status. Shops can send individual emails or a single email to everyone to cultivate relationships.

Body Shop Nation also provides the consumer with a directory containing shop profiles of local businesses.

“We believe in supporting our local businesses because they give back to the community,” said Miller.
