Over 1 Million Estimates Written with CCC ONE ESTIMATING

The number of estimates being written via CCC ONE Estimating reached a milestone in mid-April, surpassing the 1 million mark. And since CCC migrated its first customer in September of 2009, the work and input of the shops has played an integral part in the success and development of the platform, according to the company.

Brian Luka, manager of Sellers Collision Center in Farmington Hills, Mich., where the millionth estimate was written, said his conversion to CCC ONE Estimating has been very positive since making the move last December.

“The switch was pretty easy,” said Luka. “Whenever you make any changes to your business, you’re apprehensive. But as soon as you get into ONE, you find out that it’s really easy to navigate – very user-friendly. And keeping all of the work in-line? It does a lot of the thinking for you.”

CCC Automotive Services Group Senior Vice President Jim Dickens concurs with Luka.

“CCC’s guiding principle is to provide our customers with a ‘work smart’ solution that uses the ability and familiarity of CCC tools in a format that leverages recent technology benefits,” said Dickens. “Our platform is continually strengthened by combining customer feedback like Brian’s with our drive for nonstop development.”
