Paramount Collision Center Becomes Latest Fix Auto Franchise

Fix Auto Paramount enrolled in Fix Auto's Collision Repair Experts (CRX) program before making the move.

Fix Auto has announced that Paramount Collision Center of Paramount, Calif. – now Fix Auto Paramount – is the latest body shop to franchise with the national collision repair organization.

Fix Auto Paramount owner Peter Bakhtar initially inquired about the franchise opportunity close to a year ago. Bakhtar realized that to take full advantage of the franchise organization benefits, he would first need to invest in some operational and equipment enhancements. He also wanted to ensure that his staff was fully bought in. To aid in this process, Peter enrolled his business in Fix Auto’s Collision Repair Experts (CRX) program, which is designed to help a shop manage its reputation, enhance the customer experience, and evaluate and improve operational efficiency and profitability.

“As an independent shop owner, there’s little accountability to anything beyond your own business,” said Peter Bakhtar. “It’s easy to get stuck in your ways. Once I made the decision to seek improvement, and with the assistance of Fix Auto’s CRX program, which offers comprehensive reports and peer accountability, I recognized the opportunity to realize a number of very real improvements in my business. Then, when the time came to transition to franchise, the process was smooth because I had already engaged in the organization through my CRX affiliation.”

Added Fix Auto president and COO Paul Gange, "We’re inviting collision repair facilities that are forward-thinking and invested in the growth of their business to join our organization. By participating in the CRX program, the prospective franchisee gets a first-hand look at the value Fix Auto adds with comparative analysis, real-time reporting, pooled resources and access to a 24/7 call center. At the same time, we get a thorough look at an operation, ensuring we’re bringing on a shop that will live up to and maintain the high levels of performance, quality and customer service that is required of a Fix Auto Franchise. It’s a win-win, which is why the model works so well.”
