PartsChannel Acquires Tiger Auto Body Parts in Las Vegas

PartsChannel, Inc. has acquired Tiger Auto Body Parts, Inc., a Las Vegas-based collision replacement parts distributor. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

“The acquisition enables PartsChannel to leverage its existing distribution network in Los Angeles. We look forward to taking advantage of the opportunities available to the company in the Las Vegas metropolitan region,” said John M. Palumbo, chief executive officer of PartsChannel.

“In addition, the acquisition of Tiger will also allow us to better service our existing customer base in the Las Vegas area,” said Ray Chen, president of PartsChannel.

Sandy Milmeister, Tiger’s general manager in Las Vegas, will continue to serve in the same capacity with PartsChannel.

“Sandy has more than 30 years of experience in the aftermarket and salvage industries. We are pleased to welcome Sandy to the PartsChannel organization and we look forward to benefiting from his extensive knowledge and industry expertise,” said Palumbo.
