Cristina Fronzaglia, communications manager for PPG refinish North America, was awarded the SEMA Businesswomen’s Network Athena Champion Award during a special ceremony at the 2014 SEMA Show in Las Vegas.
The award recognizes person or company for outstanding lifetime contributions and dedication to women in the specialty equipment industry.
Two other awards were also given out at the ceremony: the Athena Woman of the Year, recognizing a woman for outstanding contributions and achievements during the course of the year in the specialty equipment industry, and the Athena Rising Star, which recognizes a woman under the age of 30 who is making significant strides in the advancement of her career in the automotive aftermarket along with paving the way for their peers.
The SEMA Businesswomen’s Network’s mission is to provide networking, education and recognition opportunities for professional women in the specialty equipment industry which will enhance their careers and positively impact the growth of the entire automotive aftermarket.
