Company will offer classes on high demand technical skills including aluminum repair, MIG brazing and plastic welding repair.

ProSpotNACE1Pro Spot International announced it will host live demonstrations and three collision repair seminars at this year’s International Autobody Conference and Exposition (NACE) being held July 21-25, 2015 in Detroit.

Pro Spot will offer classes on high demand technical skills including aluminum repair, MIG brazing and plastic welding repair.

“Welding is an art form, and as with all technical skills, can be difficult to master,” said Pro Spot International President Ron Olsson. “Even the top welders may have questions about the ever-changing nature of collision repair technologies.”

Seminars will be held July 23-24, beginning with “Aluminum Repair on the Corvette Stingray” (hosted in conjunction with GM) from 1:30 to 3 p.m., followed by “Aluminum and Silicon Bronze (MIG brazing) Repair” from 3:30 to 5 p.m. on Thursday, July 23rd. “What You Need to Know About Plastic Welding Repair” will be held from 10:30 a.m. to noon on Friday, July 24th. There is a charge for these NACE sessions, and registration is required. To sign up, participants should visit naceexpo.com.

ProSpotNACE2Pro Spot will also offer ongoing live demonstrations of their products via spot welding, MIG welding, aluminum repair and plastic repair throughout the exposition in booth no. 423.

“The world of collision repair is an ever-evolving industry, and we as a company want to work on continued training and education for those working with our products,” said Ashley Olsson, communications director for Pro Spot. “Providing seminars and demonstrations allows technicians to constantly improve their skills, which is important to our company.”
