Procraft CARSTAR Recognized for Outstanding Office Performance Award At CARSTAR National Conference

Local business owner Steve Howard and his company, Procraft CARSTAR, were recently recognized with top honors at the Annual CARSTAR National Conference in Hot Springs, Va. Procraft CARSTAR was named among the best operators in the nation’s largest group of branded collision repair facilities, with 380 plus stores across North America.
 
Howard and his team at Procraft CARSTAR received the award for Outstanding Office Performance, which is given to the facility that has the highest performing front office personnel as it relates to hours worked and revenue over a 12-month period.
 
The store, which was featured in BodyShop Business, also was recognized for leading “Customer Service Excellence” among CARSTAR franchisees.
 
“Procraft CARSTAR and Steve Howard have done a remarkable job building and managing their businesses in the last year, navigating a challenging economy and changing business environment to still deliver growth and success,” said Dick Cross. “We’re proud of their accomplishments, and look to learn from them how we can apply their knowledge and insights across our entire organization.”
