Production Management, Estimating, Marketing Classes Being Offered in Illinois March 28-30

The Masters School of Autobody Management is offering classes on sales and estimating, cycle time and production, and marketing, sales and operations March 28-30 in Galesburg, Ill.

Monday, March 28 — The Nuts and Bolts of Sales and Estimating ($595) is a real-world-based estimating class focusing on the “forgettables” that can add directly to a shop’s bottom line. Appropriate for the seasoned estimator and all staff members.
 
Tuesday, March 29 — Interactive Cycle Time & Production Management ($595) is an opportunity to witness how cycle time really gets improved. This class goes beyond the buzzwords and demonstrates how to manage your resources and profitability in a real production environment, according to the Masters School. Appropriate for the entire shop staff.
 
Wednesday, March 30 — Marketing, Sales and Operations ($695) Programs building relationships with customers will be the focus of this class, including how to enhance operations in order to best serve customers.
