He will also help identify and implement acquisitions to enhance the growth and profitability of business.

Martin has an extensive and successful track record in finance within a number of global industrial businesses, with an emphasis on operational cost management and building solid internal controls. He will relocate to the Charleston, S.C., headquarters facility.

In addition, Marj Shymske will be joining the organization as president of Quest Construction Products, overseeing all functions of the business. She has extensive experience in business leadership within the building products industry.

"We have a strong belief that the QCP business has tremendous growth potential," said Kelly Mack, marketing manager. "The leadership team of Charlie Van Gelder and Nick Causey have done a great job in building the business to its current level but would also benefit by having a leader to focus on long-term vision and strategy while enhancing the current business processes."
