Rental Car Management CREW Webcast to Air June 18

Collision Repair Executive Webcast (CREW) will present the next edition of the CREW Webcast at 11 a.m. PDT, June 18. A panel of experts will discuss “Rental Car Management…Driving Performance.”

This webcast will be presented by Dave Smith, vice president of strategic solutions for Enterprise. Smith will discuss how Enterprise is assisting collision repair operators and property and casualty insurance companies in managing rental car expenses and cycle time through Enterprise’s systemwide focus on labor rental hours. Smith will also discuss how Enterprise’s Automated Rental Management System, ARMS, and its various software applications assist in the capture, analysis and reporting of key rental car metrics to better manage the rental car process.

The information presented by Smith will be further developed and enhanced through questions posed by CREW founders Vincent Romans, Matthew Ohrnstein and Eric Bickett.
