Repairers Win Lifetime Subscriptions to Provide Mobile Phone Apps to Customers

Summit Mobile Solutions, a wholly owned subsidiary of Summit Software
Solutions, announced three winners of the company’s drawing at NACE
2009 for lifetime subscriptions to Help I Crashed My Car and
MarketPlace, a customer service, sales, marketing, advertising and
communication software platform.

Paramount Auto Body of Reno, Nev., Auto Tech and Body of Pompano Beach,
Fla., and Collision Works of Atlanta, Ga., are winners of the lifetime
subscriptions and will be among the first collision repairers to take
advantage of this new tool designed to help shops retain customers and
capture new repair opportunities.

MarketPlace is a Web-based sales, marketing, advertising, customer
service and communication platform for the auto collision industry.
Help I Crashed My Car is an auto accident emergency system that
streamlines the auto collision repair process for consumers. It
includes a consumer-focused Web site and five mobile phone applications
that are free to the consumer.

Together, this integrated mobile and Internet-based technology solution
provides collision repair businesses with an advanced tool to increase
sales, improve customer service and boost customer retention and
loyalty, Summit says.

As part of their free subscription, each winner can provide an
unlimited number of phone applications free of charge to previous and
potential customers, auto dealerships, auto insurance agents, local
schools and businesses, and others. These mobile phone applications are
designed for the iPhone, BlackBerry, Windows Mobile, Symbian and
Android operating systems.
