San Francisco-based Uber said it is suspending its pilot program for autonomous vehicles in Arizona, Pittsburgh and San Francisco until a crash investigation is completed, according to Reuters.

The collision occurred when the driver of a second vehicle “failed to yield” to the Uber test vehicle while making a turn, Tempe Police Department spokeswoman Josie Montenegro told Reuters.
