Sterling Autobody announced that Roger Wright has been named vice president of strategic design and process implementation for Sterling Autobody.
Wright brings decades of collision industry involvement and service to Sterling. He has served as national damage material coordinator with Hanover Insurance; assistant vice president claims, Integon/GMACI; director of insurance relations, Collision Team of America; senior vice president CARSTAR; and most recently, claims vice president with AIG.
Wright is past chairman, ICAR International Board of Directors; former chairman ISO-AISG Auto Physical Damage Committee; past chairman, Collision Industry Conference (CIC); and was inducted into the Collision Industry Hall of Eagles in 1997.
Wright will be responsible for process mastery, real estate and new store construction and business strategy.
