The Society of Collision Repair Specialists (SCRS) announced it has welcomed Englewood, Col.-based Garmat USA as its newest corporate member, among the latest to join the group of companies supporting the association’s mission to educate, inform and represent the collision repair professional throughout all segments of the industry.
Garmat is the first paint booth manufacturer to join SCRS as a corporate member, the highest level of support for both the organization and the collision repair industry it represents.
“Garmat USA has been a supplier to the automotive industry since our inception, so it is just a natural fit for us to support the mission and vision of SCRS,” said Debbie Teter, marketing director for Garmat. “Being a member also allows us to be part of the solution for the problems faced by the industry. Working together with body shop owners and other manufacturers can only strengthen the voice provided by SCRS.”
SCRS Chairman Andy Dingman added, “Garmat’s products, distribution network and design assistance make it a respected and proven manufacturer for collision repairers alike, and SCRS is proud to partner with such an innovative, customer-focused company.”
