SEMA Show Adds New Area on Show Floor for First-Time Exhibitors

To accommodate the growing number of manufacturers signing up for the 2011 SEMA Show, organizers have created a new area within the show floor called the "First-Time and Featured Exhibitors" section.

“We’re excited about this new area of the SEMA Show,” said Peter MacGillivray, SEMA vice president of events and communications. “The section gives buyers a single place to see and meet with hundreds of first-time exhibitors.”

The new First-Time and Featured Exhibitors area will include
manufacturers from a variety of market segments, with about 80 percent
representing first-time exhibitors. It will be located in the east side of the upper level of
South Hall. Also located in the area will be "Ideas Alive," the name and
theme for the 2011 SEMA Show New Products Showcase.

“We’re confident that buyers will be attracted to the First-Time and Featured Exhibitors area,” said MacGillivray. “Because it’s on the show floor adjacent to some of the most popular features, buyers will not have to walk far to meet with these new exhibitors.”

More than 1,800 manufacturers have already committed to exhibiting at the 2011 SEMA Show, which takes place Tuesday-Friday, November 1-4, 2011, in Las Vegas.
