Service King Acquires Auto Image of Colorado

Latest acquisition brings total number of stores to five in state.

Service King Collision Repair Centers has announced its acquisition of Auto Image of Colorado. Owned and operated by Mike Chrisinger since 1987, the business currently employs 52 teammates and has the capacity to repair 640 vehicles each month.

Auto Image opened as a single 5,000-square-foot store, and in 1992 the business moved to the Littleton/Highlands Ranch area. Auto Image has since added two locations in Parker and Castle Rock.

“Douglas County is the fastest-growing county in Colorado, and we are excited to expand our coverage in this market,” said Chris Anderson, Service King regional vice president of the Western U.S. “We welcome the Auto Image team to the Service King family and look forward to offering the high quality repairs and exceptional service their customers have come to expect.”

With the closing of this acquisition, Service King will now operate five locations in the state of Colorado as they currently serve customers in Thornton and Centennial.
