Sherwin-Williams to Hold A-Plus EcoLean Level 2 Workshop in Orlando

'Green' educational course will take place Nov. 14-15 at the Orlando Airport Marriott hotel.

Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes will hold its next A-Plus EcoLean Level 2 workshop Nov. 14-15 in Orlando, Fla., at the Orlando Airport Marriott hotel.

It will be an extensive, two-day course that further implements the Sherwin-Williams message of educating collision repair shop owners on the connection between environmentally sound business decisions and the reduction of process and environmental waste. The EcoLean Level 2 workshop is exclusively designed to help attendees better learn about maximizing profitability by improving productivity and eliminating waste throughout their facilities.

“The training is structured like a college curriculum, and the new EcoLean Level 2 workshop is open to all collision facility owners and managers who have attended the Sherwin-Williams EcoLean Level 1 workshop or an ‘Improving Workshop Efficiency Class,” says Troy Neuerburg, marketing business services manager for Sherwin-Williams Automotive Finishes. “The bottom line is that EcoLean is all about helping collision centers drive profitability and productivity while reducing their environmental impact.”

Neuerburg noted that after attending the session, participants will leave the two-day event with tangible tools to increase the quality, production output and profitability of their businesses.

This course provides collision repair professionals the opportunity to relax in the company of industry peers, and learn from one another over a two-day period. Topics covered include:

. Building an Environmental Management System
. Repair Planning for Rapid Throughout
. Shop Tour / Lean Roundtable
. Compensation Solutions for a Lean Environment
. EcoLean Marketing
