Spanesi Americas has announced the addition of Alex Stapleton as its newest customer business development adviser.

Stapleton has been engaged in the collision repair industry for over a decade, including eight years of experience as the operator, repair planner and owner of a successful body shop.

Drawing upon his background in business management and marketing, Stapleton approaches the collision industry with a unique perspective: focusing not only on the technical aspects of repairs but also on opportunities to maximize profitability using industry leading equipment, repair methods and marketing.

With a passion for quality, efficiency and business optimization, Stapleton found a natural partnership with Spanesi-Americas. By providing valuable insights and practical solutions, Stapleton aims to help fellow shop owners take full control of their businesses, ultimately driving increased efficiency and profitability while limiting shops’ liabilities.

“I have been an advocate for the Spanesi brand for the majority of my career, and when the opportunity presented itself to work with Spanesi to help grow their customers businesses, it felt like the perfect match,” said Stapleton. “I am thrilled to embark on this journey with the Spanesi family and look forward to working alongside Spanesi shops.”

Added Spanesi Americas Chief Operating Office Timothy Morgan, “Alex’s business knowledge will allow all us to offer our customers some coaching on the front office side of the business, from repair planning, marketing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs). Adding this new unique perspective to our offerings will make our customers businesses stronger.”
