Sterling Autobody Centers Expands with New Call Center and Centennial, Colo. Store

Sterling Autobody Centers continues to focus on growth by adding new locations and achieving greater penetration in the areas it currently serves. On Oct. 6, Sterling opened its 63rd store in Centennial, Colo. The new, state-of-the art, 14,000-square-foot repair facility is located at 6780 South Jordan Road. In addition to its newest location, Sterling is poised to improve same store growth with the launch of their new Customer Call Center.

The Call Center has staff in Lombard, Ill., as well as other virtual locations. In sync with the implementation of lean tenets throughout the organization, the Call Center addresses the need to more effectively and efficiently service customers.

Sterling Autobody President Nick Notte said, “Sterling understands the importance of growth through expansion. We are also very tuned to the fact that growth happens by satisfying existing customers.  We will continue to grow by adding several new locations this year and early next year. Growing market share is an expected benefit of our new Call Center and Lean initiatives.”
