STRANGE BUT TRUE: Rock-Throwing Pair Damages 14 Vehicles in Stripping Game

A Lakewood, Wash., couple is in hot water this week after what they believed was an innocent stripping game involving spotting broken headlights turned dangerous.

Amanda Madison, 18, and Joshua Sizemore, 23, were arrested near a railroad trestle around midnight May 25 – Madison in only her underwear and Sizemore without socks and shoes – after state troopers filmed them tossing baseball-sized rocks off the bridge and into the traffic below on Interstate 5, KOMO TV reported. In the process, the pair damaged at least 14 vehicles, including one belonging to a state trooper.

The couple told police they were playing a game called “Sex Me” on the trestle. When a car driving by with a broken headlight was spotted, whoever said “sex me” last had to remove an article of clothing. Madison told KOMO TV that she “got bored” with the game and decided to start throwing rocks to liven things up. Both Madison and Sizemore expressed remorse.

“I didn’t think it was deadly, I thought we were just hitting roofs and stuff,” Sizemore said in an interview with the TV station.

The two have both pleaded not guilty to 14 counts of second-degree assault. Madison is being held on $40,000 bond, and Sizemore on $50,000. Madison says she doesn’t want to be bailed out of jail.

“What I did was awful. I actually deserve to be in here,” she told KOMO TV.
