A report from NBC News indicates that the use of sleeping pills may double a person’s risk of a car crash, even after their effects have worn off.
According to the report, findings published in the American Journal of Public Health showed that people who had taken any one of three popular sleeping pills had between a 25 percent and three times higher risk of being involved in an accident while driving.
