Summit Consulting Int’l, Inc. (SCI) recently rolled out updates to its 2011 Toyota and Lexus certified collision center training courses.

The Toyota Certified Collision Center and Lexus Certified Collision Center Training Programs span activities across the entire operation, and address trends in the changing and competitive collision repair industry. This year’s updated courses include:

• Measuring Collision Center Performance

• Collision Center Sales and Marketing

• Collision Center Human Resource Management

• Advanced Collision Estimator Training

• Advanced Collision Center Manager Training

“SCI’s training program has consistently proven beneficial to our collision center personnel – they have a better understanding of the overall operations and are more empowered to work in a way that drives business success and improves customer service,” said Brad Brahe, body shop process improvement manager, Toyota Motor Sales, USA. “We’re excited to continue our partnership with SCI as our primary training vendor. SCI’s courses prepare our employees to be proactive and productive, while also helping them think about new and more effective ways to run our operations.”
