MyPriceLink, for the first time, provides the automotive marketplace with real-time dynamic list pricing on OE collision parts based on timing and local market conditions.
MyPriceLink will be integrated within AudaExplore, Mitchell, CCC and Web-Est, creating what GM says will be a seamless and transparent experience for body shops, insurance staff and independent adjusters.
Repair facilities will have the ability to get immediate price visibility on all estimates written with Genuine GM Parts.
The discussion will be led by John Eck, manager for the Wholesale Dealer Channel for General Motors Customer Care and Aftersales.
Panel members will discuss topics and questions from the market regarding the upcoming launch of GM’s MyPriceLink, a tool that will enable the delivery of list price in real time during the estimating process.
Automaker says it has gotten “invaluable” feedback from the industry and is ready to conduct a market test of “dynamic pricing process” in select locations this summer.
