The research will capture driver opinions from 11 European countries through surveys and focus groups as part of Goodyear's ThinkGoodMobility platform.

The research revealed that current EPA standardized tests do not take into account how current autonomous vehicle (AV) technologies – like adaptive cruise control – as well as future AV technologies will impact vehicle fuel use.
The 80,000-square-foot facility will house a state-of-the-art training and product R&D center with additional space for expansion.
