The Women’s Industry Network announced the recipients of its 2022 Most Influential Women awards, honoring women whose career achievements have enhanced the collision repair industry.
The conference will be a hybrid experience, with the in-person event held in Greenville, S.C., from May 2-4, 2022.

Since its inception in 1999, the MIW program has recognized more than 110 women who have enriched the collision repair industry with their leadership, vision and commitment to excellence.

WIN kicked off its 2022 sponsorship campaign on Oct. 25, 2021, focusing on building out a community of supporters through expanded memberships and event participation for all sponsor members.
WIN has started a “Pay-It-Forward” campaign to allow current WIN members and non-members to purchase and gift a full 365-day WIN membership for a new member.
WIN’s board consists of representatives from numerous industry segments including collision repair shops, distributors, suppliers, consultants, paint manufacturers, recyclers, insurance companies and others.
The new program is designed to increase networking and career building opportunities among its members.
The Women’s Industry Network (WIN) has announced 11 new recipients of the 2021 WIN College Student Tuition and Conference Scholarship Award.
The panel, titled “National Collision Media’s Review of Industry Trends, its Future, and a Focus on Female Successes,” will feature BodyShop Business Managing Editor Aime Szymanski among others.
This year, 10 women will be recognized as MIWs, the largest group to be recognized in the 22 years since the award’s inception.
