That’s Included Holds ‘Adjuster Quote of the Day’ Calendar Contest

Insurance representative who gets the most votes will be mailed a calendar featuring the most commonly heard excuses from adjusters on why they won't pay for repairs.

That’s Included Inc., creators of the "Adjuster Quote of the Day" calendar that lists the most commonly heard excuses from adjusters on why they won’t pay for repairs, has announced that it is holding a contest asking collision repairers who they should send a calendar to: State Farm CEO Edward B. Rust Jr., Progressive CEO Glenn Renwick or Farmers CEO Jeff Dailey.

"Head honchos seldom hear what goes on in the field. This is your chance to expose the excuses their adjusters use in your shops," says That’s Included. "To participate in the survey, go to www.thats-included.com and cast your vote."

The calendar takes a jab at insurance adjusters and their "ridiculous" excuses why they won’t pay for needed repairs. The calendar was created by a frustrated body shop owner who hears the same "lame" excuses over and over from adjusters. Each page has an actual quote from an adjuster and a cartoon
depicting the mood of the body shop owner, employee or adjuster – including stick figures vomiting in a toilet or gazing down a black hole.

The survey is available through Dec. 11. The lucky insurance CEO winner will be announced Dec. 12. Look for announcements on www.thats-included.com and Facebook
