That’s Included Inc. has announced the winner of its "Adjuster Quote of the Day" calendar contest.

Edward B. Rust Jr. from State Farm Insurance will receive an Insurance Adjuster Quote of the Day calendar, after collision repair professionals voted at www.thats-included.com for the insurance CEO they most wanted to send a calendar. The choices were CEOs from Progressive, Farmers and State Farm insurance companies.  

“We wanted shops to feel like they are taking part in exposing their adjusters’ excuses to the CEOs,” said That’s Included.

The calendar is designed to bring together the humor and reality of the day-to-day adversarial relationship between insurance company adjusters and body shops. Each page has an actual quote from an adjuster and a cartoon depicting the mood of the adjuster, estimator or body shop owner.
