Toyota Certified Collision Center Program Approves DuPont ProfitNet for TCCC Performance Tracking Web Site

DuPont Performance Coatings announced that Toyota’s Certified Collision Center (TCCC) Program has approved the ProfitNet shop management system to interface with the TCCC KPI Web site, allowing shops to automatically upload their RO data from the ProfitNet Management System directly into the KPI site.

The interface provides key data including vehicle data, parts data, labor data and repair order totals to be seamlessly and securely transferred to Toyota.

“This latest interface with Toyota Certified Collision Centers is another enhancement to ProfitNet that provides key information to Toyota so they can help their collision centers with continuous improvement,” said Information Technology Services Manager Tom McGarry. “DuPont Performance Coatings and our partner YADA Systems are dedicated to enhancing ProfitNet with the latest technology to lower shops’ administrative costs by minimizing redundant computer tasks and providing a management solution that is affordable, easy to use and communicates with dealer management software, paint software, parts software and accounting software.”

“This interface ensures security and integrity at all levels while allowing dealers to collect important data to better analyze, manage and improve the collision repair process,” said Roger Foss, manager – Toyota Certified Collision Center Program.
