Transtar Autobody Technologies Announces Management Changes

Mike Westrick promoted to vice president and general manager; Jeremy VanAlstyne appointed vice president of sales.

Transtar Autobody Technologies has announced two new appointments for its team of personnel.

Mike Westrick has been promoted to vice president and general manager of the company. In this new and expanded role, he will hold overall responsibility for manufacturing, marketing, technical/customer service, finance, information technology, research and development, national accounts, and purchasing.

For the past three years, Westrick has served as vice president of operations. Under his leadership, Transtar has reduced manufacturing and product costs while improving first-time quality.

In addition, Jeremy VanAlstyne has been appointed vice president of sales for Transtar. He will have responsibility for U.S. domestic, Canadian and international sales.

VanAlstyne most recently served as director of business development for Frost and Sullivan’s aerospace and defense division, where he managed a sales force of more than 30 representatives and achieved 20 percent annual growth.
