Valspar Training Center Becomes I-CAR Industry Training Alliance Provider

Valspar Automotive is proud to announce that its U.S. training
center in Dallas, Texas became an I-CAR Industry Training Alliance
Provider in March 2011. The state-of-the-art training center provides national
recognition for collision repair customers that complete Valspar courses.

I-CAR believes that every person in the collision industry,
current and future, should have the necessary knowledge and skills relevant
to their position in order to achieve a complete and safe repair.
Valspar’s entry into the Training Alliance supports not only the I-CAR
vision but also Valspar’s strategy to strengthen and expand its product line.

"Being
a provider to the I-CAR Industry
Training Alliance is a major achievement not only for Valspar’s training center in
Dallas, but more importantly for the continued recognition of our high
quality strategic brands such as De Beer, Valspar Refinish and House of
Kolor," said Pete Willman, general manager of North America
for Valspar Automotive.
