Webinar to Focus on Allstate’s Auto Physical Damage Business and Process Model

Collision Repair Executive Webcast (CREW) will present a webinar on May 22 at 11 a.m. PDT on Allstate’s auto physical damage business and process model “Open Platform” Next Generation Release 2.5. Guests will include Bill Daly, assistant vice president claims, and Nick Notte, director auto claims.

Daly and Notte will describe the key deliverables, the benefits for DRP repair providers, their Express Repair Link, ERL, application and a glance at what the future looks like for claims handling for Allstate and its PRO direct repair program.    

Each CREW meeting highlights topical, high-level industry information. The delivery format includes a Web-based visual presentation of the content, a simultaneous audio conference call and a capability for the participants to question the presenters. System requirements for PC-based attendees are: Windows 2000, XP Home, XP Pro, 2003 Server, Vista. Requirements for Macintosh-based attendees are: Mac OS X 10.3.9 (Panther) or newer.
