In addition, the 2014 Educational Conference will also feature additional programming covering everything from sustainability to honing negotiation and interpersonal skills. The inaugural Most Influential Women Awards will recognize women who have been nominated by their peers as outstanding business and civic leaders. For the first time, WIN also will award tuition scholarships to applicants from both secondary and post-secondary schools. Some of those winners will be in attendance at the conference.
