The Washington Metropolitan Auto Body Association (WMABA) announced that the results are available from a labor rate survey it conducted in the fall of 2014.
WMABA conducted the survey in an effort to gain critical insight into the rates charged by shops in its member states. Focusing on greater areas of interest than ever before, the association worked to offer a more comprehensive overview of rates, trends and procedural practices than what was presented in its 2012 and 2013 surveys.
Like previous installments, the results of this most recent survey are reflected in eight different regions: Baltimore, Annapolis, Hagerstown, Washington D.C., Virginia Beach, Charlottesville, Richmond and Roanoke.
