Scott Shriber is a veteran of the automotive industry with four decades of experience. His 27 years with Ford Motor Co. (Dearborn, Mich.) included senior management work in the areas of customer service, field technical training, dealer profitability, fixed operations and warranty, as well as national marketing and sales experience. He has a deep understanding of both direct and indirect parts sales channels, as well as distribution through the aftermarket. During two joint venture start-ups, he gained extensive collision, IT and medium-duty truck experience. Scott joined Babcox in 2008 as publisher of BodyShop Business. In 2010, Scott was also named publisher of Counterman magazine and AMN. He remains a devoted car enthusiast and continual student of the automotive industry. A graduate of Hillsdale College, Scott resides in Akron, Ohio, with his wife, Suzanne, and their three children.
BodyShop Business editor Jason Stahl has been reporting on the collision repair industry since 2006 and has 20 years of experience as an editor. An active industry participant, he serves as an advisor to the Paint, Body and Equipment Specialists Committee of the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association and is a gold pin member of the Collision Industry Conference. He has also given presentations and moderated panels at several different industry events.
Cable has 17 years of media experience, specializing in such areas as manufacturing and engineering, lean/Six Sigma and workplace safety. At JCC Communications LLC, he was an independent freelance marketing writer and editor. In this role, he was key in developing content for Siemens as part of a major North American marketing campaign. He also successfully completed projects for Epicor, Fleetmatics, Guardair, Siemens, Skillsoft, THK and Time Warner Cable. Cable also has held the position of assistant editor and sports editor of West Life, a weekly newspaper covering several western suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio.
