“Community Service is one of OEC’s core values,” said Amy French, OEC executive vice president for human resources. “We provide our associates with eight hours of paid time off per year to volunteer to a nonprofit organization of their choice. In addition to that, our annual Community Connection Day provides an opportunity for associates to connect with each another and further serve their local community. Associates look forward to this day of giving every year, as it has grown to be an integral part of our culture.”
