AkzoNobel’s Wanda Waterbase Celebrates Expanded Growth During SEMA

Show attendees can visit the company's booth (24649) to see the product firsthand and win a free T-shirt.

Following the successful launch of the Wanda Waterbase refinish system into the U.S. collision repair market in mid-2011, AkzoNobel will celebrate the low-VOC system’s expanded distribution and market share along the West Coast and other regulated regions during SEMA 2012.

The company invites show attendees to drop by booth 24649 located in the Racing & Performance area of the Central Hall to see firsthand how Wanda Waterbase measures performance in three ways:

Simplicity –
Easy-to-use, simple mixing ratios, and compact system – fewer products needed to achieve a “right-the-first-time” finish.

Color –
Segment-leading color documentation and exceptional color match accuracy.

Value –
Affordable price point, streamlined approach, and fantastic performance means you’ll save both time and money.

“It has been extremely gratifying to see the continued excitement and expanded growth of the Wanda brand in North America, and the recently launched Wanda Waterbase system has the same great momentum,” said Mark Rapson, AkzoNobel’s business manager of trade brands, North America. “AkzoNobel designed the VOC-compliant system around the simplicity, color and value brand proposition in order to eliminate the complexity associated with many waterborne systems, while at the same time providing segment-leading color match accuracy and application ease. That unique combination offers an unbeatable value most body shops just can’t pass up.”

As an additional benefit to visiting the booth, Wanda Refinish will offer a free T-shirt to the first 150 visitors to the exhibit. SEMA attendees can visit www.wandarefinish.us/sema2012 to sign up, and then simply show an ID at the booth to verify registration before collecting their new shirt.
